At Fanlora, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
Opened or used beauty and skincare products
Personalized or custom products
Gift cards
Sale items
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before making a purchase.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, the item must be unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
